Return Process

  Log into your VIRGIO account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your unique request ID.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garments are in their original condition, unwashed, and with all brand tags attached before sealing them back in the original packaging.

  Free Doorstep Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your address within 24-48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.

  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After our warehouse team verifies the returned items, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or your replacement will be dispatched within 5 business days.
